two pictures
Of the photos I took this past week, these two are my favorites. Both were taken at the Japanese section of the UC Botanical Garden in Berkeley. Above is reflections in a pond and below is the roof of a gate.

Wow – very Monet-ish

The crisp focus on the reflection with the surface leaves and such out of focus gives this a wonderful graphic flatness, and is why it looks more like a painting than a photo–very cool. (Y)
